About Mad Maths

My name is Josh, and while my background is in the applied sciences, I have always found teaching to be one of my passions. To be more specific, teaching math. I started Mad Maths as a way to work with students in my community. I quickly began to realize its potential, and began expanding my student base. Now I work with students throughout Canada and beyond.

While face-to-face tutoring certainly has value, I have come to see what it is that parents and students appreciate about online tutoring. They love that the tutor is never running late. They love that appointments can be easily rescheduled. They love that they don’t have to stress about a stranger coming into their home, or their child meeting a stranger at a library.
